Booking Rooms for Tokyo London Advertising Forum

Delighted we have interest from so many of you in being part of the APA Tokyo London Advertising Forum planned for 11th-14th March 2019.

With so many of you interested in attending, it’s important to ensure that hotel options allow the group to be close together, and we have been able to find two hotels that do that in the area of Shibuya.

Shibuya is an ideal area to be located. It’s where the venue for the Wednesday event is being held, and is one of Tokyo’s most colourful and busy districts with great transport connections.

Details of the two hotels are below. The hotels have asked that we give them the details of the room bookings, so you will need to email [email protected] to confirm your room, and she will then pass those details over to the hotel directly. 

Please be aware that in confirming your room with Becca, we will be taking that as confirmation of your attendance on the trip and sending you an invoice for the £700 delegate fee, so please don’t email Becca about the rooms until you are certain you are joining.

We are aware that the number of those interested may well exceed the 30 rooms we have been able to secure, and are aiming to ensure that as many of our group as possible can be place in the same hotels.
