We sent out a survey to the full membership at the beginning of July, to collect data on the current diversity figures within production.
This is one of the seven action-points we’ve previously announced, which are focused on assisting you in achieving your diversity goals. You can read more about the full programme here.
Below you will see the key takeaways from the data collected, giving an overview on gender, ethnic diversity and disability within the permanent, fixed-term and freelancers engaged for a minimum of three months within APA member companies. You can then download the full results to see more specific visualisations.
The aim of the collecting of the data is to provide clarification on how we currently stand as an industry, but more importantly to act as a benchmark from which we will hopefully see progression as we continue to work as a community on the different ways we can make a more inclusive industry for all.
