The Advertising Producers Association (APA) has partnered with The Kusp to create opportunities for underrepresented creatives within the film and television industry. This collaboration addresses the need for further representation and aims to develop a vibrant creative community.
The Kusp is a hub for diverse talents that promotes equal opportunities in the fashion, film, and television industries. It offers masterclasses, creative mentors’ programs, portfolio review sessions, exclusive membership and talent discovery.
This partnership amplifies APA’s Commercials Production Diversity Action Plan to increase diversity and inclusion within the industry.
Steve Davies, CEO of The APA, states, “We are delighted to announce this new partnership with The Kusp as part of our diversity and inclusion programme. The Kusp is an invaluable resource to us, and APA members can promote opportunities within their companies to attract new creative talent that might otherwise be unaware of them.”
Co-founder of The Kusp, Amos Eretusi, adds, “We’re excited to be partnering with the APA. We both realise that diverse representation in the creative industries is vital. We’re truly proud of working together to contribute to the ongoing change by improving access to fresh and untapped talent.”
