On the heels of our successful Generating Leads in 2024 Training Course, we are delighted to announce the newest edition of the Grow Your Business training program: Marketing Direct to Brand. This is a must-do course for anyone in the new business spotlight with an ambition to work direct to brand. This 90-minute online module shares top tips on how to build a marketing plan that will attract your target brands and fill the top end of your sales funnel, irrespective of how much marketing budget you have. It is no secret that marketing to brands is different from marketing to agencies. In this module we will focus on how best to present your business to brands, by considering key audiences, positioning, communication channels and performance metrics. We are delighted to introduce a guest speaker for this module – Mark Hardy – a marketing specialist with an impressive track record in delivering growth for some of the world’s most recognized brands including: · Viber – where Mark grew the brand to over 900m users worldwide. · Syco Entertainment/Sony Music – where Mark oversaw the global launch of ‘One Direction’, delivering 50m record sales worldwide as well as launching Little Mix, Leona Lewis, Labrinth & Susan Boyle. · Sony PlayStation – where Mark launched the PS3, The PlayStation Network, SingStar and created ‘The GT Academy’ (which won a Cannes Lions award for Integrated Media in 2012). · The Walt Disney Company – where Mark oversaw the UK launch of Disney & Pixar’s cinematic and home entertainment releases, including Toy Story 2, A Bugs Life and Disney’s Dinosaur. More recently, Mark has worked with creative agencies and production companies to change the way they market to brands, resulting in bigger business and longer direct to brand relationships. The course will be hosted by Janet Markwick and Rhona Glazebrook, who are commercial consultants for both the APA and IPA, they also work directly with several production companies and other businesses across the creative industries to accelerate growth and improve commercial performance. |
