APA in-house Report

We have created this report entitled What Clients Want From Advertising Production Today… And How They Can Get It to help APA members understand what clients want from production, how they engage production and why, and to ensure that advertisers  understand the value of the triple bid. Alex, who has a background in clients and agencies, interviewed Chief Marketing Officers and other decision makers of brands, including Booking, Nike, McDonalds, Tesco, John Lewis, Virgin Atlantic and B&Q, asking them: 

Q1 – How are your audio visual marketing, content and campaigns produced currently and by whom?
Q2 – How is this selection decision arrived at? What criteria are used to make it
Q3 – Who are the key stakeholders involved in making this selection decision? To what extent are you involved?
Q4 – Do you agree the best value in production is achieved via the triple bid system? 

The report will give you the best possible understanding of how brands are making production decisions and to see how we will use the report in the ongoing objective of ensuring that advertisers understand their options. It will also help advertisers, to whom we are disturbing it, asses their production options.  We will continue to promote the triple bid between independent production companies as the route to best value advertising for brands.
