Supporting Former Employees of The Mill | Job Opportunities

The sudden closure of The Mill has been a shock to us all. Employees were locked out of The Mill HQ on Monday, the day they were due to be paid. They are left with immediate financial concerns and worry about finding a new job. As a community, we want to support these talented individuals and help connect them with new roles. To help with this, we’ve created a form for former employees seeking work and for APA members who can offer employment.

Below, former employees of The Mill can submit their details. This information will be compiled into a publicly available spreadsheet for companies looking to hire.

We encourage you to share this initiative within your networks to ensure it reaches as many people as possible. The more we spread the word, the more opportunities we can help create.

To further support the process, we have also set up a job submission form where production companies can post any open roles that may be suitable for former Mill employees.

All submitted job postings will be shared in the talent spreadsheet on a separate tab, helping to connect available roles with skilled professionals.
