We invest in young people (16-35) experiencing barriers, providing them with skills and opportunities, building their resilience and confidence as they take steps into the creative industries.
We are purpose driven to shake up the current dynamic in the creative industry and create a more inclusive, more equal environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
Iconic Steps run Industry Insight sessions which APA members are encouraged to participate in. The sessions are held to give young people an introduction to various aspects of the industry – including the routes and roles available, and skills such as networking, CV writing, and office/shoot etiquette.
