Ally also has a personal passion for diversity representation and portrayal in the screen industries; she has been Disability Lead at Channel for and co-lead for the TV Access Project, a ground-breaking alliance of 10 UK broadcasters and streamers seeking to bring about structural shifts in the inclusion of disabled people in the industry.
