Loving Your Work was set up 9 years ago to address issues of paywalls and unpaid work and internships. The mission was to break down barriers to entry so that everyone could progress their careers and have access to the latest jobs without having to pay to see and apply for them.
There are over 140000 members across the three Facebook/Meta community groups Loving Your Work, TV And Film Jobs and UK Film Jobs.
Recently launched Messenger groups split by the department to try and help folks further which are accessed through the TV and Film Jobs group.
Last year UK Film Jobs was runner-up Facebook/Meta group of the year at the Worldwide Facebook/Meta Community Awards in California.
