Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a passionate, creative digital marketing manager who’d like to join our team by the seaside promoting our animation studio. We hand-make puppets and shoot animation in our beautiful Victorian building and would like someone who feels they can tell the world about what we do.
As part of our growth initiative, we’re on the lookout for the right person to implement our new strategy and take ownership of our digital marketing plan. We’re looking for someone practical who can create content, keep our website updated, curate social channels and grow awareness of what we do at A+C.

What we’d like you to be doing:
● Marketing Strategy: We are looking for someone to help craft future strategies.
● Social Content: Manage and maintain our content across channels.
● Website: Update the website using WordPress.
● Research & Report: Measure and report the performance of all marketing.
● Email Marketing: Managing mailing lists and implementing campaigns.
● Content writing: Writing copy and developing a voice to represent the studio.
About You
● 3+ years experience working in digital marketing.
● Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social channels including Instagram and LinkedIn, email campaign monitoring, and WordPress.
● The ability to work with external partners including our website development and SEO team.
● A working and up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices.
● A can-do attitude and experience working with sales teams.
● The right to work in the UK.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE

We have over 17 years of experience producing short-form content and have plans to move into long-form animated feature films and TV series. We’re a young, passionate and innovative team, pushing the boundaries of stop-motion animation based by the seaside in Margate.
