Machine is a global Sound & Music Production company with offices based in London and NY. Our award-winning team of sound designers, composers and producers work across a diverse range of projects including commercials, short films, sonic branding, TV series and feature films.

We are looking for a talented, energetic individual to join our London team. Someone with a keen interest in sound and music who wants to get stuck in and fully engage with the role and the people. The position available is a dual role of Junior Producer / Office Manager and is a full-time position based in our studios in Fitzrovia, London. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within a production department of an Audio / Post Production Company with eyes on line producing their own jobs within 6 months to a year of joining.

Job Outline:

  • Supporting the EP in overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex post-production projects, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring they meet creative and technical standards.
  • Attending morning meetings and assist briefing the team on daily workflow
  • Quoting, scheduling and creating workflow systems for each project.
  • Ensuring there are strong lines of communication between client and the team on each project.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the EP with the daily administrative tasks including invoicing, office management etc

    Job Requirement:

  • At least 1 to 2 years experience within Audio / Post Production
  • A keen interest in sound & music is essential.
  • Have experience of budgeting, negotiation and scheduling
  • Have experience of managing and supporting a team and being a creative contributor.
  • Be extremely well organised and capable of running multiple projects simultaneously in a proactive planner
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability to lead a project through challenges and tight deadlines.
  • A good knowledge of Gmail, Excel, google sheets etc
  • Attending industry events is essential.

  • Extremely organised with excellent time management
  • Helpful, proactive with a good sense of humour.
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure with a can-do attitude
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Additional Information:

Contract: Permanent
Location of Work: Fitzrovia, London Hours: 09.00-18.00
Salary: Dependant on experience
